- Phone Number: Used for account authentication via Firebase OTP verification.
- Name & Profile Information: Your display name, team assignment, and role (e.g., Assessor, Field Agent, Enforcement Worker).
- Job Data: Assessment forms, enforcement reports, field job progress, notes, and status updates you submit through the App.
- Photos & Media: Images captured or uploaded as part of job documentation (site photos, proof of work, receipts).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data (GPS): The App collects your device's GPS coordinates during active field operations to verify site visits and track job locations. Location is collected only while you are using assessment, field, or enforcement modules.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility.
- FCM Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications about job assignments and updates.
- Usage Data: Timestamps of actions (draft saves, submissions, status changes) for operational tracking.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Authenticating your identity and managing your worker account
- Assigning and displaying jobs relevant to your team and role
- Enabling supervisors and administrators to monitor field operations
- Verifying site visits through GPS location data

- Your Organization: Administrators and supervisors within your organization who manage field operations through the Pragati Admin Panel.

- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Application hosting and file storage infrastructure.

5. Permissions Used by the App
The Pragati App requests the following device permissions:
- Location (Fine & Coarse): To verify site visits and record job coordinates during field work.
- Camera: To capture photos for job documentation and evidence.
- Storage / Photos: To save and upload images related to your assigned jobs.
- Internet: To sync job data with our servers.
- Notifications: To receive job assignment alerts and status updates.
You can revoke permissions through your device settings, but some App features may not function without them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and job submissions for as long as your worker account is active or as needed to fulfill operational and legal requirements. Job records (assessments, enforcement reports, field job data) are retained in accordance with your organization's policies and applicable regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- JWT-based authentication for API access

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The Pragati App is intended for authorized adult workers (18+) employed by or contracted with organizations using the Pragati platform. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
